Yesterday I was on a long trail run (3 hours) Iβm following your 50k plan.
Everything felt good, I was moving well and loving it, about 3rd of the way thru I fell over so bad and I canβt believe how lucky I was, I did but my knee really bad on sharp rocks and there was blood everywhere.
Somewhere in me I found the strength to push that aside and keep going π
You mentioned marathon booksβ¦I have done 1 half in September and preparing for a second in November. I plan on running a full marathon in 2026.
I was thinking the other dayβ¦is there a great resource out there i could take advantage of to help me prepare for the upcoming half and full marathons?
I run with a group, so I have the physical training down. I have a decent handle on foot care, hydration and fueling.
But I know there is so much more that I can and should be doing.
Great content Katie. πͺπ½πͺπ½
